We are hiring a
Campus Operations Manager & Registrar to oversee the day-to-day operations of the campus which includes oversight of student records, transcripts, enrollment, and graduation data.

What does the role entail?


As the Campus Operations Manager & Registrar, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Instill Education's campus, as well as the management of student records.

You are responsible for ensuring that the campus is running smoothly and efficiently and that students have the resources and support they need to succeed.

More specifically you will;

  • Manage the campus budget
  • Manage the campus team i.e. facilities/operations, admissions and student life
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for campus operations (and for the broader organisation where required)
  • Work with other teams to ensure that the campus is running smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage student records, including enrollment, transcripts, and graduation information
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (particularly the POPI Act)
  • Lead all strategy and daily operations of student registrar duties
  • Maintain and upgrade procedures affecting student registration, records, timetables, calendars, instructional space, identification, module progress, and graduation requirements
  • Create and maintain all data dashboards and databases as required
