    Description

    Digital Marketing and Implementation Specialist

    We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive online success for an esteemed Financial Services company.

    As a Digital Marketing and Implementation Specialist, you will engage with client businesses at a meaningful level, working with stakeholder teams to roll out digital capabilities, systems, and processes that deliver bottom-line results with sustained outcomes.

    To create awareness of the Consult value proposition and communicate intellectual capital in the business, you will effectively design and develop a broad range of digital marketing initiatives and optimize user adoption.

    You will deliver training and coaching, run workshops within the Consult environment, ensuring up-skilling and the transfer of knowledge on digital capabilities.

    Critical Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage the implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
    • Contribute to strategic design thinking and input in brainstorming to plan various digital marketing campaigns, web developments, and initiatives.
    • Implement the marketing communication process of new or enhanced digital functionality and tools.
    • Manage beta testing within the Consult community for user enhancements and feedback.
    • Assist users in optimal use of all digital tools and online capabilities and drive change management and user adoption.
    • Test new and enhanced digital developments prior and during the beta phase to identify and document issues.
    • Assist the Head of Marketing with ad hoc tasks.
    • Manage and contribute to content for digital adverts and landing pages.
    • Monitor and evaluate competitor offerings and material.
    • Assist with reporting and insights of digital campaigns.
    • Implement "always-on" digital campaigns and initiatives.

    Client-Centric Engagement:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to design project scope and objectives and ensure achievements within the required timeframe.
    • Provide training to Consult user communities to use web service tools and promote user adoption.
    • Meet with partnering agencies and internal stakeholders on behalf of the team.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.
    • Deliver on service level agreements made with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
    • Making recommendations to improve client service within the area of responsibility.
    • Participate and contribute to a culture that builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback, and provides exceptional client service.

    Self-Management and Teamwork:

    • Participate in project teams in digital marketing projects – including internal and external role players.
    • Motivate role players and promote teamwork to deliver quality outputs while meeting set deadlines.
    • Positively influence and participate in change initiatives.
    • Continuously develop own expertise in terms of professional, industry, and legislation knowledge.
    • Contribute to continuous innovation through the development, sharing, and implementation of new ideas.
    • Take ownership of driving career development.

    Financial Controls and Planning:

    • Contribute to the development of area-specific budgets to minimize expenditure, in alignment with operational plans.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance cost-effectiveness and increase operational efficiency.
    • Provide input into risk identification processes and communicate recommendations in the appropriate forum.

    Qualifications:

    • A degree or diploma in related fields of Marketing.
    • Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in providing marketing support in a corporate environment and rolling out a broad range of marketing initiatives.

    Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
