Description
Grade 1- Previous front of house or lodge experience in a 4/5-star environment would be advantageous

  • Must be computer literate and willing to learn other operating systems such as Pastel, Nightsbridge etc.
  • Must be fluent in English (Verbal & Written)
  • High level of telephone etiquette
  • Professional and wellgroomed with excellent all round communication skills
  • Must have a driver's license
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Must be passionate about the Hospitality Industry
  • Team player with high regard for efficiency and service excellence to clients

Job Description:


  • Must be able to prioritize and manage tasks independently
  • Welcoming and hosting of guests
  • General front of house and reception duties
  • Bar tending and hosting where needed
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Effective handling of guest enquiries
  • Maintain effective customer relationships
