RequirementsBSc Agriculture or similar3-5 years crop development and cultivationIntermediate to Advanced MS OfficeKey Performance:
Determine Cropping requirements of a large scale farming practice with regards to:Spray, Fertigation, Irrigation, Climate Control, Soil maintenance, IPM and PollinationField Maintenance ManagementProcurement of Material and equipmentStaff ManagementExpert knowledge in Soft Vegetable or fruit farming is a pre-requisite as we require an individual who can easily identify challenges in the field and quickly implement cropping solutions to ensure the produce thrives.
