Business Analyst Consultant Level

Khonology is a digital services company focused on software development, Application Support, data analytics, and engineering.

We are Talent Pooling for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst is accountable for guiding the business requirements by working with the business stakeholders and collaborating with feature teams to ensure effective end-to-end delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

Discover underlying business needs through conversations with stakeholders.
Elicit requirements using interviews or facilitation sessions, understanding needs from multiple stakeholders.
Identify user journeys mapping out how a user navigates the system.
Define user stories or use cases.
Create product roadmaps.
Work ahead of the team to clarify requirements before the next iteration.
Document requirements in a format shareable with stakeholders.
Produce Business Analysis or systems analysis documents covering agreed content, including business process descriptions, use case scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis.
Facilitate and participate in iteration meetings.
Manage stories ensuring all requirements are loaded as stories, assigned to epics.
Support showcasing stories to stakeholders.
Assess and challenge assumptions based on analysis not feasible technically or from a planned execution perspective.
Collaborate with the testing team validating test cases.
Monitor project progress tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions.
Perform daily, weekly, monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years experience in a similar software development/project environment.
Experience in Investment Banking/Capital Markets/Global Markets beneficial.
Financial Products knowledge.
Awareness of new technologies and ability to integrate them into solutions.
College or University degree.
SCRUM and Agile Methodology.
Travel to client sites as required.
Travel to other locations as necessary.

Employment Type:

Fixed Term Contract with Independent Contractor through a contracting company.
