Introduction
Our client in Durban is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team.


Duties & Responsibilities
Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls

Managing complex, busy diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Manager/Executive

Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

Organising events and conferences

Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines

Typing, compiling and preparing reports and correspondence

Preparation of board packs for EXCO

Creating PowerPoint presentations

Managing databases and filing systems

Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

Personal errands for Manager/Executive


Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric

Tertiary qualification (advantageous)

At least 5 years' experience in a similar role

Own vehicle (for errands)

Strong computer skills, including PowerPoint

Highly organised, with an astute ability to multitask
