Warehouse Supervisor

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring high standards in performance and productivity.

Salary: R 250,000 - R 300,000 per annum

About the Role:

• Supervise a team of warehouse pickers and forklift drivers, ensuring they meet high standards in performance and productivity.
• Oversight of the picking, packing, and shipping process to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Maintenance of top-tier safety standards, ensuring the warehouse environment is secure and hazard-free.
• Maintenance of an organized and clean warehouse, promoting an efficient workspace.
• Ensuring all equipment, inventory management systems, and logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a Warehouse Supervisor role.
• Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
• A proven ability to inspire and lead teams to success.
