SAHETI School is an independent, co-educational, English-medium school dedicated to the pursuit of excellence, whilst promoting the values and ethos of Hellenism. The school is situated in Bedfordview, Johannesburg.

The purpose of this position is to continue to develop and maintain an effective and active Alumni community and to cultivate and enhance Alumni engagement and contribution to the life of SAHETI, thus engendering long-term relationships.

The SAHETI Alumni Community Officer communicates with all past or future Alumni of SAHETI School. This person is responsible for monitoring and growing the Alumni network. The role includes the development of communication and information capabilities.

The responsible person, together with the Alumni Committee, and the school's structures develops systems and functions that provide opportunities for Alumni to actively engage with the Alumni Community, the SAHETI Institute and the school, the aim being to build visibility and sustainable involvement with all Alumni stakeholders.
