    Description

    Business Development Specialist

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team.

    Purpose of Role

    The ideal candidate will be a self-driven, results-oriented individual with excellent sales and communication skills.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through self-generated leads.
    2. Build relationships with sales and marketing executives to drive business growth.
    3. Develop and implement effective strategies to rapidly expand the sales territory.
    4. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and funnel information.
    5. Effectively articulate the value proposition of our product and service to convert prospects into customers.
    6. Cultivate existing customer relationships and close new business.
    7. Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities.
    8. Demonstrate ability to penetrate new accounts.
    9. Minimum two to five years' experience in a related field.
    10. Excellent presentation and presence skills.
    11. Ability to collaborate with sales and marketing professionals.
    12. Strong communication skills to articulate compelling business logic.
    13. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    14. Flexible and mature approach with ability to work independently.

    Requirements

    Please note that the salary will be based on experience and qualifications. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm.
