Social Media Marketing Role

Our company is seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of marketing and social media management skills, with a passion for creating innovative campaigns that drive engagement and revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

Create and implement social media marketing campaigns and strategies that align with the company's brand and goals.
Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging messaging across multiple platforms.
Analyze customer interactions and data to inform future marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including advertising, product development, and sales, to ensure brand consistency and alignment.

Key Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Communications or Marketing.
1-2 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of success.
Strong marketing and content creation skills, including copywriting and graphic design.
Experience with major social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and a self-motivated approach.

Reporting and Communication:

Reports directly to the Managing Director.
Provides accurate and timely reports on campaign performance and progress.

Estimated Salary:
$65,000 - $85,000 per annum.
