Dynamic Northern Suburbs Goodwood Accounting Practice requires the services of an experienced
Assistant Administration Manager

  • Minimum Grade 12 with Post school qualification in business administration
  • The role encompasses:
*Welcoming clients and general reception duties, including answering the phones
*Managing directors' calendars and appointments

*Excellent business English communication skills both written and verbal
*Sending out quotes, debtors' statements and invoices, attending to queries and liaising
with clients
*Completion of Annual Returns for CC's and (Pty) Ltd
*Working knowledge of Sage One Accounting
*Min 3 years' experience in a similar role
*Staff time,attendance, and HR policy administration
*General Office management and administration
*Good working Knowledge of MS Office and Google Workpsace

  • Deadline driven with minimum supervision
  • Own reliable transport

Salary R R depending on experience and qualifications.
