Group Brand Manager Manufacturing

Johannesburg East, Johannesburg - Gauteng - South Africa


Reporting to the Group Senior Marketing Manager you will work closely with the Group Marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and plans, and coordinate project activities, to promote the brand, products and reputation across all platforms.

Included in your responsibilities you will provide support in creating and flighting marketing assets and materials, proposals and presentation tools.


Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

  • NQF Level 7 3year degree / Advanced diploma Brand Management/Digital Marketing
  • 57 years of Brand Management Experience
  • Computer Literacy: MS Word and advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Editing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail
  • Coordination, collaboration and multitasking skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Writing skills
  • Planning and organising skills
  • Communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills

Key Performance Area

  • Develop an insightdriven strategic Group external marketing strategy and plan
  • Act as custodian of the Group's and Brand CI and toolkits
  • Assist Group Marketing Team in managing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Support the development and flighting of marketing materials
  • Customer Engagement all customerrelated initiatives
  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans and the digital content calendar
  • Manage website design and development.
  • Plan and coordinate social media presence on external channels
  • Support marketing analytics and insights for Group Marketing innovation
  • Research and implement tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights
  • Initiate, manage and coordinate SEO campaigns to increase website traffic
  • Lead the optimisation of conversion paths and lead generation
  • Work in collaboration with the Group Marketing team to increase the Group's share of voice
