Commercial Insurance Office Manager - Pretoria East
Our client in the Insurance industry is looking for an Office Manager to manage and oversee branch administration and support to sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage new business policy administration
- Oversee the submission of claims registers
- Manage compliance and effectiveness of client service levels
- Responsible for compliance
- Oversee compliance of quality assurance
- Handle and report complaints effectively
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, code of conduct in accordance with FSB and regulatory requirements
- Comply with FAIS requirements
- Assist with the audit and control of attendance registers, client survey, pulse reports, activities, staff leave and any other requirement
- Comply with disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Management of staff
- Monitor and manage business retention
- Management of budgetary control
- Manage the purchasing, inventory stocks and supplies
- Report on Branch Office Operations
- Ensure offices are well maintained
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Management advantageous
- FAIS Compliant
- RE5 or RE
- Recognised Qualification as per the FSB
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Supervisory role in Commercial Insurance Sector
- Updated DOFA
Salary:
Negotiable depending on experience + company benefits.
