Commercial Insurance Office Manager - Pretoria East


Our client in the Insurance industry is looking for an Office Manager to manage and oversee branch administration and support to sales.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage new business policy administration
  • Oversee the submission of claims registers
  • Manage compliance and effectiveness of client service levels
  • Responsible for compliance
  • Oversee compliance of quality assurance
  • Handle and report complaints effectively
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, code of conduct in accordance with FSB and regulatory requirements
  • Comply with FAIS requirements
  • Assist with the audit and control of attendance registers, client survey, pulse reports, activities, staff leave and any other requirement
  • Comply with disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Management of staff
  • Monitor and manage business retention
  • Management of budgetary control
  • Manage the purchasing, inventory stocks and supplies
  • Report on Branch Office Operations
  • Ensure offices are well maintained

Requirements:


  • Degree/Diploma in Management advantageous
  • FAIS Compliant


  • RE5 or RE

  • Recognised Qualification as per the FSB
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Supervisory role in Commercial Insurance Sector
  • Updated DOFA

Salary:

Negotiable depending on experience + company benefits.
