- Matric
- 3 years Management or Operational experience
- Computer literate: MS Office suit intermediate or advanced level
- 1 - 3 years in the medical aid industry would be advantageous
- Experience in workflow processes within a dynamic, high-volume operations environment is essential
- Team management experience with teams more than 40 people will be highly advantageous
- Relevant qualification
