    Description
    Duties include but not subject to:
    • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
    • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
    • Relay messages to staff where required
    • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
    • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
    • Assist clients when collecting orders
    • Follow up with suppliers on behalf of clients and sales team
    • Filing (Orders, Picking slips, invoices)
    • Document archiving
    • Co-ordinate and compile material sample packs for sales team
    • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
    • Maintain office supplies (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
    • Ordering and management of groceries
    • Ad-hoc administrative duties when necessary
    Requirements:
    • Must have at least 2 to 3 years Reception and General administration experience
    • Grade 12 Qualification
    • Must have contactable references
    • Must have MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) Experience
    • Team player
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
