Customer Service Representative

Temp Position

Bellville, Cape Town


Process customer orders by entering in the system to ensure orders and invoices are processed in an accurate and efficient manner resulting in the best service possible to the customer.


Responsibilities:


Process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers in a timely and efficient manner to ensure that Jotun's on time delivery performance objective is achieved.

Receive and enter orders for collection or delivery and make sure that proper control of documents flow is achieved.

Dispatch invoices and credit notes to customers and follow up to ensure they are received on time in full.

Verify, enter and review system prices accurately with the customer's purchase orders and sales orders. Attach other relevant documents if required.

Resolve invoice inquiries and discrepancies from customer or partners.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

What we looking for:

  • Grade 12 essential
  • 35 years experience in similar role advantageous
  • Export Experience in SADC countries essential
  • Documentation & Process
  • Experience using MS Office and ERP Systems advantageous
  • English & Afrikaans essential
