About Disa Life Sciences:
A locally owned and managed medical device distributor with a substantial sales force footprint across South Africa and an extensive customer network to service.
- Running between various hospitals in the greater KZN area to provide excellent service (delivering the equipment and instrumentation required, providing the necessary product support) and exceed our customer's expectations during specialized operating theatre cases. This includes extensive driving and long working hours.
- Able to scrub up in theatre and be part of the surgical team (gown and glove), with particular focus on Neuro cases. Theatre experience a big advantage.
- Providing technical instruction and support on the products supplied (product training will be provided)
- Building and Maintaining existing customer relationships
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Do basic administration
- Well presented
- Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written.
- Follow instructions and work well in a team
- Take work instruction from Senior Salesperson in the area
- Training customers (scrub sisters, CSSD staff)
- Assisting with consignment stock checks
- Weekly activity reports
- Providing feedback requested by management
- Reporting complaints/problems encountered
- Compliance with Quality Management Systems
Qualifications:
- Graduate (preferably in Health or Life Sciences)
- Able to scrub for operating theatre cases
- Experience in medical device industry
- Must have own transportation and driver's licence (nonnegotiable)
- Must have own mobile device, laptop or tablet (nonnegotiable)
- Able to work early and late hours when required.

Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
Up to R25,000.00 per month
