    What you will enjoy doing

  • Implement the regional Quality strategy, processes and standards aligned with Cluster Quality Manager.
  • Establish quality mindset throughout the plant, involve employees in various ways to contribute actively
  • Support the implementation of mold qualification (AQP), process control and validation as well as standardized complaint handling.
  • Ensure the installation and configuration of lab and inline monitoring and measuring devices. Provide training for QA tools and techniques ( 4D/8D, CAQ, SPC, Ishikawa, RCA, Problem Solving etc.) Provide training for lab and inline monitoring and measuring devices ( CMM programming etc.) Coordinate (provide/ensure) measures to improve product and process quality and stability.
  • Ensure and establish a professional collaboration with the customers.Negotiate actively and in alignment with Corporate / regional Quality standards (keyword: QA manual) the acceptable requirements with our customers. Understand the customers quality requirements and support all departments in the plant to fulfill them sufficiently.
  • Ensure the data quality of quality related processes / data entries, analyses KPI frequently and derive dedicated programs to improve quality costs and performance.
  • Escalate problems in time to cluster/region/Corporate based on ALPLA internal processes.
  • Organize systematic collection and evaluation of new ideas and "best practices" to promote continuous improvement and assist plant in implementing same.
  • Participate in cross-country system audits of the AMET region in ALPLA internal ISO 9001, ISO 15378 and FSSC 22000.
  • Prepare the plant for new requirements ( Pharma,) in time.
  • What makes you great

  • Bachelor/Master or Diploma degree with clear affinity to operations
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an international manufacturing company, preferably in plastic packaging as well as technical background
  • Experience in process and product control (Green/Black belt in Six Sigma is a plus)
  • Experience in food or pharma production. Experience in applying QA tools and techniques.
  • Training and facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills in English and local language
