    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage maintenance operations in Hartswater. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, ensuring efficient maintenance tasks, and minimizing downtime.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and coordinate daily maintenance activities for machinery, transmission, and electrical systems.
    • Oversee welding, steelwork, and sheet metal fabrication as required.
    • Ensure services and light engine maintenance are carried out efficiently.
    • Lead, supervise, and provide guidance to the maintenance team to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.

    About You

    To be successful in this role, you will require:

    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a maintenance role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
    • Relevant Maintenance or Millwright qualification.

    You will possess strong leadership skills, excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills, and proficiency with computers and maintenance management systems.
