Job Title: Product Specialist

Bosch SA (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement product strategies based on market research and customer needs
Track progress and ensure necessary resources are allocated to achieve business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales planning, product introduction, and end-of-life planning
Develop and execute regional marketing plans and track success metrics
Monitor competitive product activities and adjust product positioning and pricing strategies accordingly
Develop and maintain a price database, including competition analysis
Support customer acquisition projects and drive business growth through effective marketing and sales strategies
Coordinate business unit-specific marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources
Support fairs and customer events, and develop advertising materials

Qualifications:

Matric or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field

Skills:

Excellent presentation and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
Analytical mind and attention to detail

Experience:

3-5 years of job experience in the automotive industry, preferably in the aftermarket
