    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Workshop Foreman to join our team.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide leadership and guidance to all shop staff members.
    • Prioritize work orders and assign tasks accordingly.
    • Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
    • Oversee inventory management of supplies and parts.
    • Support the professional development of all shop staff members.
    • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and using personal protective equipment as required.
    • Routine inspections of shop equipment and work areas to maintain a safe workspace.
    • Review and approve completed work orders.

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 or Matric Certificate
    • Qualified Passenger/Commercial Vehicle Technician certification
    • Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Workshop Foreman in an automotive environment
    • Panel beating experience is essential
    • Proficiency in computer applications
