**Job Title:** Senior Associate – Banking and Finance

We are seeking an experienced legal professional with a passion for banking and finance law to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with expertise in financial transactions, project finance, and commercial law.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal expertise in areas such as structured finance, project finance, leveraged finance, and restructuring.
Manage complex financing transactions and ensure smooth coordination of cross-border deals.
Build and nurture client relationships, providing clear and strategic legal advice.
Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Negotiate and finalize agreements, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

LLB or equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in banking and finance law.
Experience in project finance and structured trade finance is highly desirable.
Proven ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong leadership skills and commitment to professional excellence.
