Electrical Company based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town is looking for a:

Creditors Clerk / PA to the Bookkeeper

Starting Salary:
R basic per month

Start Date:
Immediately or As soon as possible

Qualifications & Experience

At least 3 years' experience as a Creditors Clerk
Matric Certificate
Drivers Licence

Tasks

Analysing, capturing and processing of invoices
Reconciliations of supplier accounts
Maintain bookkeeping records, copying and filing information as required
Accurately and timeously prepare creditors payment batches
Produce client billing statements and invoices
Various administrative responsibilities
Any adhoc duties as and when needed

Computer & Software Skills

Computer literate
Accounting software (Omni / Xero preferred)
Microsoft Office & Excel

Personal Skills & Requirements

Excellent command of English and Afrikaans: Good oral and written communication skills
Impeccable telephone etiquette
Neat and presentable
Honest, reliable and prompt
Flexible with duty changes and willing to learn new things
Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
Flexibility and adaptability
Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
Tact and diplomacy
Excellent Communication skills
