- Wine Analysis and sign offs.
- Manage approvals for deviations on wine and packaging.
- Ensure wine QC releases.
- Assist and do internal audits.
- Responsible for GMP audits
- Ensure accurate traceability of all additives and chemicals to ensure compliance to standards
- Management of external contractors.
- Self-Development
Qualifications:
- Grade 1
- Degree or Diploma in Food Technology / Winemaking will be beneficial
- HACCP / Food Safety Training completed
- FSSC 2200 training will be beneficial
- 13 years' experience in a Quality Control environment in manufacturing industry
- Lab experience beneficial
