We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator - Onboarding Relationship Consultant to join our team atDebtcare.

As an integral part of our client onboarding process, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication during the initial 60 days of our clients' journey with us.

Your dedication to accuracy, and precise documentation will directly contribute to the financial well-being and satisfaction of our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input client data into the Finwise system to maintain precise records.
• Align payment plans with clients' disposable income and budget parameters.
• Manage and complete Form 17.1 and Form 17.2 submissions with meticulous attention to detail.
• Keep the Debt Help System updated with the latest client information and their progress.
• Coordinate the smooth transfer of clients into our services, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Motivate clients for potential reinstatements while effectively presenting the advantages of our services.
• Confirm the successful cancellation of debit orders and promptly update relevant records.
• Initiate payment plans and securely establish Debicheck payment plan.
• Take a proactive approach in following up with clients who have missed payments, providing effective solutions.
• Precisely capture Certificate of Balances, meticulously verifying for utmost precision.
• Chase and collect supporting documentation to facilitate a streamlined onboarding process.
• Prepare comprehensive client files for negotiation proposals, maintaining thorough organization.
• Issue timely payment reminders before first and second payments are due.

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all required forms, data entry, and documentation.
• Successfully manage the transfer process for incoming clients, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Drive positive client outcomes through successful reinstatements and Debit order cancellations.
• Execute precise initiation of payment plans and secure setup of Debicheck Mandates.
• Take a proactive approach to resolve any defaulted payment issues swiftly and effectively.
• Maintain the utmost accuracy while capturing financial data and supporting documents.
• Thoroughly organize client files in preparation for negotiation proposals.

Experience Required:

1-3 Years experience in Debt Review:

• 
  1-3 years in Customer Service role:
