Duties/PligteAssisting the allied health science coordinators with administrative support; Assisting the collaborative care coordinator with administrative support; Assisting the postgraduate programme coordinator with administrative support; Arranging meetings and appointments; Taking notes and minutes of meetings; Assisting with project support; Assisting with the maintenance of Ukwanda's research outputs; Assisting with events hosted by Ukwanda; Assisting and maintaining information for the Ukwanda website, Wikipedia page, and social media platforms; Assisting with additional duties when other administrative staff are on leave.

Job Requirements/Pos VereistesA minimum of a certificate in Business Administration or equivalent; Proficiency in MS Office, with working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Proficiency in information sharing and retrieval on internet and social media platforms; Working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Teams; Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills; Exceptional communication skills in both Afrikaans and English; High-level organising, planning, prioritising and administrative skills; The ability to manage and adapt to change; A high level of emotional intelligence; A driver's license or working towards getting a driver's license.

Recommendation/AanbevelingThe ability to communicate in isiXhosa.
