Description:

A Retail Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling products or services.


Minimum Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 year's management experience
  • Own transport and valid Drivers License essential
  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Good leadership skills
  • Good working and understanding of retail and wholesale business
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Salesdriven
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Brilliant people & communication skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Timekeeping
  • Computer literate
  • Good at multitasking

Key Responsibilities:


  • Stock counts completed daily with store manager
  • Sufficient stock available & displayed correctly on shelves
  • Cash ups completed daily with store manager
  • Store is tidy and prepared for opening
  • Tills and floats balanced and checked daily
  • Stock loaded and offloaded, as well as checked alongside delivery drivers daily
  • Branch sales targets achieved monthly
  • Individual sales targets achieved monthly
  • Customer served with quotes and invoices timeously
  • Customer relationships retained no customer complaints
  • Customers informed of specials and promotions
  • Customer quotes followed up on timeously
  • Ensuring Sales Boost targets are met
  • Assisting customers with queries and ensuring customer service is met
  • Problem solving
  • Various store administration duties
  • Assisting store manager with ad hoc projects and requests when necessary
  • Ensuring that all documentation is submitted timeously
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Salary:
R5, R10,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Weltevredenpark, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)
