    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Case Coordinator to join our team at Route Management (Pty) Ltd. As a key member of our litigation support department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of cases.

    About the Role:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our attorneys, including locating case information, maintaining files, and preparing reports. You will also be involved in cheques requests and reconciliations, as well as general secretary duties.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Locate case information and maintain accurate records
    • Open and maintain files for effective case management
    • Copy, scan, and file new instructions as required
    • Maintain deadlines and juggle calendars to ensure seamless case progression
    • Prepare monthly reports to keep stakeholders informed
    • Assist with cheque requests and reconciliations
    • Perform general secretary duties as needed

    Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you will require:

    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
