    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a background in e-learning or education to lead our dynamic team in Durban, KZN.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
    • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
    • Utilize IT tools and methodologies such as Agile and Scrum to effectively manage project development.
    • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or feedback as needed.
    • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project success and determine areas for improvement for future projects.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT project management.
    • Background in e-learning or education preferred.
    • Proficiency in IT tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
    • Strong technical skills with a good understanding of IT systems and software development.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Benefits

    Salary: R800,000 - R1,200,000 per annum (negotiable), depending on experience and qualifications.
