    Job Description:

    Westfalia Fruit Marketing, a leading supplier of fresh fruit and value-added products, is seeking a Commercial Manager to drive business strategy and channel fruit into export and local markets.

    Purpose of the Role:

    The incumbent will report to the General Manager and contribute to the organization's high-performance environment by effectively managing pricing, supply forecasting, and global digital projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Provide growers with diverse exposure to outlets and manage pricing strategy.
    2. Forecast supply availability per customer and implement global digital projects.
    3. Ensure successful internal audit with minimal findings.

    Requirements:

    • BSc Agric or BCom International Trade; MBA advantageous.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Manager in the Fruit Export Environment.
    • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems.
    • Valid Driver's license.
