**Sales Manager- Luxury Safari Destinations**Our client's mission is to share and conserve Africa, by designing the perfect safari, through the camp hosts making everyone feel immediately welcome, to their guides ready to teach travellers about Africa. Being part of our purposedriven team will allow you to use your skills in a dynamic and creative way.
You should be a hungry and focused person who knows how to drive performance and bring a team along with them.
Tourism experience with drumming up new sales is important. You will be responsible for a team that is selling multi-destination safaris and Africa travel itineraries for international clientele.Responsibilities fall into the following main areas:
- Sales planning & delivery
- Exerting pressure up the value chain
- Team leadership & development
- Process excellence and standards
- Interface with operations
- Partnership with the product team
- Contributing to the brands image and reputation
- Sales experience in the travel industry
- Strong Sales management experience

- Passionate about Africa travel and excited to visit and sell remote safari camps

Salary:
