    About the Role:

    Kerry Kopp Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative assistance to our team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.



    Key Responsibilities:


    • Manage the diary, prepare agendas, and meeting materials, ensuring all necessary information is up-to-date and accessible.

    • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

    • Take accurate minutes during meetings and provide concise summaries as required.

    • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, using sound judgment to resolve issues or escalate them as necessary.

    • Assist in planning events, booking travel arrangements, processing expense claims, and ordering office supplies, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

    • Work effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.



    Requirements:


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

    • Strong understanding of office administration, record-keeping, and filing procedures.

    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.

    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
