Description

A leading manufacturer in the Packaging Industry is seeking an Operations Manager to manage and co-ordinate an operational team at one of their plants in Cape Town.

You will be responsible for overseeing plant processes and systems, as well as optimise and manage production and supply chain resources.

In addition, you will develop a business plan that aligns with the overall Company Strategy.

You will also manage human capital by developing and maintaining an effective team as well as a culture of open and positive communication.


Requirements:

Post-matric qualification in relevant field

2-4 Years of Managerial experience within a manufacturing environment

Experience with Lithographic Printing
