  • A Commerce related qualification
  • 2 – 3 years experience in Customer insights/analytics role
  • MS SQL Server (This is MUST have experience)
  • Understanding of the Customer Life Cycle
  • Able to innovate
  • Be able to collaborate and work within a team
  • Experience with reporting Packages like Power BI or Tableau
  • In this role, you will provide segmentation and propensity models to aid in targeting and understanding customer behavior.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team and develop innovative data management and delivery methods.
  • You will advise the marketing team on how to fulfill their requirements with the available data and tools.
  • You will also propose measurement methodologies to understand campaign performance and maintain databases and business intelligence tools.
  • Your analysis skills will be put to the test as you review customer data for trends, patterns, and causal analysis. You will contribute to customer segmentation models for online behavior and maximization, ensuring data integrity and accuracy at all times.
  • As our Customer Insight expert, you will develop a thorough understanding of the available customer data to maximize the benefit of customer insight over simple reporting.
  • You will compile reports that reflect data trends throughout the business, including churn analytics for all customer segments and products.
