    The Agent: Customer Service provides the first line of interaction with customers, offering assistance with vehicle pickup and return, as well as addressing all requests related to reservations, vehicle changes, and post-rental queries.

    Suitable candidates will possess a strong background in customer service, enabling them to adapt to the shift-based work requirements at the airport.

    This role is ideal for individuals who derive satisfaction from providing excellent service, thrive under pressure, and possess the drive to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Assisting customers with vehicle pickups and returns, ensuring seamless transactions.
