- Understanding of the luxury market and up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- A passion for cars and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Develop and implement effective prospecting and sales strategies to generate leads and expand our luxury client base within Hermanus, the Overstrand, and surrounding areas.
- Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic prospecting and marketing initiatives.
- Proactively network and engage with potential clients, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to generate leads and foster business partnerships.
- Coordinate service delivery for existing and new clients in Hermanus and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through personalized interactions, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service.
- Represent our dealership at events and networking functions.
