Job Title: Foreman Assistant

About the Role:

The Foreman Assistant will report directly to the Site Foreman and work closely with the operations team. The primary responsibility is to assist in supervising all site operations, ensuring duties are performed safely, effectively, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision of Site Operations: Assist in supervising production areas, attending daily coordination meetings, and acting as Site Foreman when required.
Safety and Quality: Scrutinize mobile machine inspection reports, conduct PTO observations, and report safety incidents to the Operations Manager and SHEQ Officer.
Purchasing and Administration: Raise purchase documents, collect groceries and office items, and compile monthly wages in the absence of the Site Foreman.
Housekeeping: Monitor vehicle and plant cleaning, coordinate cleaning activities, and ensure the weighbridge is kept clean.

Requirements:

Education and Experience: Grade 12, at least 2 years of supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and computer literacy.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
