    Grade 12/ NQF 4 Desirable:

    Blockman NQF 3 ExperienceEssential:

    • Previous Management Experience
    • Meat Industry Experience Knowledge and SkillsEssential:
    • Knowledge of Meat Market hygiene and safety standards
    • Knowledge of meat cuts/ products Desirable:
    • Basic knowledge of first aid
