Description

2 beautiful independent pharmacies in Capetown West Coast requires pharmacy floor assistants.

These stores are located in Sunset Beach and Sunningdale.
Understanding of stock control and whom are just good with customers

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Help customers find products and make recommendations based on their needs.
Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently using our pharmacy software system.
Count and label medication and ensure accuracy.
Maintain inventory of medication and other healthrelated products.
Manage cash register, handle payments and provide change.
Follow pharmacy procedures for ordering and receiving medication and other supplies.
Answer phone calls and take messages as needed.
Keep the pharmacy clean and organized.

Collaborate with the pharmacist and other pharmacy staff to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a pharmacy or retail setting is preferred.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic math skills.
Ability to use pharmacy software and other technology.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Working Conditions:
The Pharmacy Shop Assistant will work in a busy retail pharmacy environment. This may include standing for extended periods and interacting with customers throughout the day. The position may also require working evenings and weekends.

Salary:

The starting salary for this position is competitive and will be based on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.
