Key Performance Area:
- Keeping track of box quantities, branded tape and clear cellotape required for deliveries.
- Assisting the Accounts Department with stock and delivery notes on goods coming in and going out.
- Ensuring orders are ready for deliveries, as well as communicating daily with the Head of Design.
- Assist customers upstairs in the store and telesales.
- Responsible for stock taking.
- Responsible for general office administration.
- Control deliveries.
- Responsible to assist customers in person and over the phone.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric.
- 1 Year stock taking experience.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and any POS System.
- Driver's license.
