Key Performance Area:


  • Keeping track of box quantities, branded tape and clear cellotape required for deliveries.
  • Assisting the Accounts Department with stock and delivery notes on goods coming in and going out.
  • Ensuring orders are ready for deliveries, as well as communicating daily with the Head of Design.
  • Assist customers upstairs in the store and telesales.
  • Responsible for stock taking.
  • Responsible for general office administration.
  • Control deliveries.
  • Responsible to assist customers in person and over the phone.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Matric.
  • 1 Year stock taking experience.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and any POS System.
  • Driver's license.
