    Description

    **Sales Agent Position**

    Candidate Requirements:

    1. Languages: Fluency in German (B2-C1 level) is Mandatory
    2. Experience: Prior sales or call center experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates eager to learn and work in sales.
    3. Technical Requirements:
      • A stable wired internet connection with a speed of at least 60 Mbps and ping below 200, or 5G mobile internet with the same specifications
      • A PC headset and either a laptop or desktop computer

    Responsibilities:

    • Sell health products (vitamins, supplements) through phone calls using provided scripts
    • Engage with our existing customer base
    • Maintain accurate CRM records

    Key Qualities:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to handle stress and remain result-driven
    • Strong motivation to excel in sales

    Schedule and Benefits:

    • We operate on a shift schedule from Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week. You can choose your preferred shifts
    • Shift options are as follows:
      • 10:00 AM – 05:00 PM
      • 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM (South African Republic Time Zone)

    Additional Perks:

    • Vacation: 20 working days per year
    • Sick Leave: 15 working days per year
    • Internal labour contract
