    Key Accounts Manager

    A high-performing Key Accounts Manager is required to manage key accounts and sales of our products, including Service Plans, Maintenance Plans, Extended Warranties, and Renewtech. The ideal candidate will work closely with dealership teams to build relationships, drive sales, and provide exceptional after-sales support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Achieve sales targets by developing and executing effective strategies to grow market share.
    • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH DEALERS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH.
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitors to inform business decisions.
    • TRAIN DEALER STAFF ON PRODUCTS AND SALES SKILLS TO ENSURE OPTIMAL RESULTS.
    • Provide expert after-sales support and efficiently manage policy administration.
    • E nsure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met throughout the policy lifecycle.
    • Deliver EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to stakeholders.
    • Travel to various dealer locations as needed to maintain strong relationships and drive sales growth.

    Requirements:

    • Essential:
      • Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
      • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Preferred:
      • Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration.
      • RE Qualification.
      • FAIS Accreditation.

    Experience:

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management (KAM).
    • Proven experience in the motor industry, with a deep understanding of dealer operations.
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including FAIS, CPA, and POPIA.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
