- Grade 12
- N3 Certificate
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 10 years of experience in the mining industry with Earthmoving Equipment, 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of mining equipment and maintenance practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and risk management principles
- Salary: R1M/yr - R1.2M/yr,
