As a startup with big ambitions, we're looking for a resourceful and self-motivated Growth and Expansion Lead to spearhead our start-up into new territories.

The Role:

As our Growth and Expansion Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our commercial strategies, responsible for executing marketing campaigns, diving deep into analytics, and making data-backed decisions to fuel our growth.

This role is perfect for a senior-level doer who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is ready to lead our expansion efforts with mínimal direction.

You'll be reporting directly into the Founders and the intent would be to build a team around you, including sales and analytics to support the territory expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Devise and implement strategies to enter and grow in new markets.
• Analyze performance data to inform decisionmaking and strategy adjustments.
• Manage and optimize a tight budget to maximize ROI across all activities.
• Work autonomously, setting your own goals and milestones, while keeping the broader team informed of progress and learnings.
