Description
To be responsible and accountable for maintaining the standards within HLS and to run the HLS Department in the absence of the HLS Manager- To complete the operational scorecard
- To complete HLS KPA's and ensure that they are up to date
- To ensure stock levels are acceptable
- To be responsible for overall HLS standards and quality checks
- To be responsible for overall implementation of any specials/promotions
- To run the HLS Department in the absence of the HLS Manager
- Check the quality daily and discounting lower quality, or writing the low quality stock off
- Arranging monthly specials
- Manage customer requests
- To be responsible for price comparisons
- To complete the budget tracking sheet
- To ensure write offs are carried out daily
- To complete and action the mark up generation sheet
- Negotiating with the supplier for specials based on last year's advertising
- Submitting the specials to the HLS Manager for approval
- Maintaining excellent customer relations like smiling and greeting each customer
- Perform any other tasks as required by Senior Management to ensure the continue smooth operation of the company and to meet the company aim of high standards and high customer service
