    Job Overview:The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing TV and production projects, ensuring their successful completion within scope, budget, and schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the TV or production industry, with proven experience in delivering high-quality results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Planning and Execution:

    Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
    Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to support project objectives.
    Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

    Client Communication and Relationship Management:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.
    Foster positive relationships with clients and external partners to enhance collaboration and satisfaction.
    Ensure that client feedback and requirements are incorporated into project deliverables.

    Team Leadership and Collaboration:

    Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
    Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, departments, and stakeholders.
    Encourage a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in project execution.

    Quality Assurance and Performance Management:

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Film, Television Production, Project Management, or a related field.

    Proven experience in project management within the TV or production industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

    Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
    Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
