Job Title:
IT Systems Administrator

Responsibilities:

System Administration:

Manage and administer the Syspro ERP system, Ritescan and SQL server to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Manage and administer other systems including but not limited to: ZAP BI, Shopware, BMS Vision Plantmaster (Barco), Crystal Reports, or similar systems.
Configure, monitor, and maintain Syspro modules to meet business requirements.

Integration with Third-Party Software:

Troubleshooting and System Support:

Investigate and resolve system issues related to Syspro and other IT systems, the network, servers and workstations
Provide timely and effective support to endusers.
Collaborate with other teams to identify and address systemrelated challenges.

Reports and Forms / Stationery Design:

Develop and maintain reports and stationery in Syspro using Syspro Reporting Services /Crystal Reports, Syspro Financial Report Writer for various business needs.
Develop and maintain reports in integrated systems, including BI reports and dashboards in ZAP BI or similar BI tools
Customize and enhance existing reports to improve usability

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

Matric certificated is required.
Syspro certification is required.
Other IT related certification.
Tertiary qualification preferable.
Proven experience in Syspro administration and support.
Expertise in business intelligence software and report/dashboard development.
Experience with the integration of Syspro with thirdparty software.
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
Knowledge of SQL Server and ability to write queries.
Experience with Crystal Reports and forms design.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
