    At Vine Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our facilities and plant maintenance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective preventative maintenance programs
    • Plan and execute projects to maintain and improve plant equipment and systems
    • Implement safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
    • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

    Requirements:

    • Gr 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
    • Proven experience in maintenance and project management
    • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite)
    • Fluent in English and Afrikaans (written and spoken)
    • Valid driver's license
