Description

If you are highly passionate about Design, Illustrations, Communication, Media and Events, are full of energy and ambition, are a great communicator and team player, then this is the right position for you.

Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and formulate clear and concise communication.

Develop the designs, suitable for the use in internally focussed branding, Websites and Presentations.

Plan, schedule and co-ordinate department events and functions.

Contribute to the development of a consistent experience and brand shaping look and feel.

Take part in regular meetings onsite and via MS Teams.

Liaise with stakeholders and team members.

Regular updates and maintenance of the website.

Regular update and managing of the social media platforms.

Copywriting for social media posts, internal communication, and intranet communication.

Regular content updates and maintenance of inhouse TV screens.

Creation and updates to video content for various projects.

Creation and update of internal presentations

Creation and maintenance of the Company's CI Standards across within the department.

Any other tasks that are relevant to the department

Relevant IT Degree / Diploma / equivalent work Experience

3+ years' experience in Design, Marketing, Event Management

At least 2 years' worth of experience using design software such as Adobe CC Suite

2+ years' experience in managing social media platforms (copy-writing and frequent updates)

Events management

Self Starter

Latest Graphic Design Technology and experience essential

Good command of English and Afrikaans language

Any of the following design tools

Adbe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or similar Design Software

Camtasia (Vide recording software) or similar Video Editing Software

Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

MS Team

Agile development methodologies

MS Office Suite

Financial background
