Quality Assurance Assessor - Durban, South Africa - Bespoke International
Description
The Quality Assurer is responsible for reviewing and auditing chat/call incidents, and telephone interactions along with reviewing and investigating customer responses for the Utilita campaign.
The assurer will also be responsible for facilitating calibration/group sessions regarding our quality programs, weekly TM catchups and general feedback of findings.
Participating in internal/external calibrations.You need:
- Matric
- 612 months of voice and nonvoice auditing experience of live chat and calls
- Excellent written communication (English)
- Attention to detail
- Navigation of multiple systems
